We ship directly from our international warehouses to ensure quick and efficient delivery to your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. To request changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, but you can return the order for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
